The Local Planning and Development Authorities (EPAs) of Marne-la-Vallée are major players in the accommodation policy.

In close partnership with local organisations – and the Euro Disney Company for the area that concerns it in the Val d'Europe district – they plan and choose the new programmes to launch.

Their objective is well understood to welcome the range of housing and to preserve the variety that characterises the residential market of Marne-la-Vallée.  They also watch over the architectural style of the programmes for flats and on a larger scale the quality of the urban environment throughout the area.

Epamarne and Epafrance service the areas, which are then sold to partners and developers, who carry out and market the programmes there.  For the older programmes, you should contact local property companies or ADIL or student residence management organisations to find accommodation.
