EPAFRANCE and Euro Disney S.C.A. initiating new housing, public facilities and retail projects in Val d’Europe
The Local Planning and Development Authority for Marne-la-Vallée (EPAFRANCE) and the Euro Disney S.C.A. Group have announced the signing of an amendment to the third development phase in Val d’Europe, stipulated in the 1987 Agreement and its amendment signed in 2010. This new step will enable both partners to prepare for the new developments slated for this forward-looking area.

New “Entre Deux Rives” pedestrian/bike footbridge installed in Marne-la-Vallée area
In the night from Tuesday January 24th to Wednesday January 25th, 2012, a pedestrian/bike footbridge spanning 35 metres was laid over the RER A railway line, alongside the RD231 highway.
